RapidDeploy Nimbus, available on the FirstNet App Catalog, allows first responders to communicate and receive real-time situational awareness from Nimbus Cloud Aided DispatchTM, and supports real-time handling of public safety events.
First responders can enable GPS tracking to share location information and availability status with the communications or dispatch center and access critical information in the field, such as new incident notifications, incident types, locations, approximate distance and ETAs, and caller location information.
First responders can also update statuses, navigate to the incident, capture images and remarks from the scene, initiate phone calls with the caller, as well as receive additional information from the Nimbus CAD system, all in real-time.
